I work with clients to develop a resume design for their career direction and give guidance in the art of professional interviewing. Since 2014, I have been creating resumes that are designed to get the interview. Simple but not easy. I use Brand Strategy in designing each client’s resume that carries into the interview and helps the client land their dream job offer.
I am a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches and a retired faculty member in Higher Education. I maintain the following professional certifications:

A Letter From Alys
I spent my early years in career education, helping people find their professional identity. In 2014, I made a career shift and began working in a government career center, helping community members find and prepare for jobs and careers. I provided career coaching, resume review and writing, and skill instruction on employment interviewing.
Soon, I realized how much more I could give people by personalizing these services, and so The Road to Change was born. My business offers unlimited services, personalized resumes, interviewing techniques, and career coaching to the individual client.
Developing the brand strategy for my clients’ resumes and training them in my program, the “Art of Successful Employment Interviewing,” have proven to be the success for my clients that I knew they could be. There’s nothing more exciting than designing a resume for a client and coaching them for the interview process, working closely together to cultivate their brand where there wasn’t one before. They become the interview persona they want to convey, and when they contact me after they’ve received their dream job offer, there is just nothing more gratifying.
